I always concentrate on making and updating post to the main blog page, to the point that I really neglect the usefulness of the forum portion.

Some peole subscribe to feeds of the forum; and, If there aren't new posts, they don't visit.

Five of the six tickets I received were city sign ordinance (PDF) “violations”. The other one was a zoning ordinance (PDF) “violation”.

The zoning ticket was for Section 4.09 – Outside Display of Products for Sale.

“The open air (outside of a building) display of products, materials, vehicles, boats, or equipment for sale, lease or rent (except live vegetation) is prohibited…”

The other five tickets were from Sign Ordinance Article VII – parts A, D, G, H, and one that didn't specify a subsection. (Check out the PDF).
