Baton Rouge: Makes a killing from red light cameras

Livingston Parish: Seems to favor non-moving violations for a major amount of income.

Even the state police like hanging out in Denham Springs, La.

Yes, I know…click-it or ticket if you don't want a seatbelt ticket.

Yes, I know…keep your safety inspection up to date if you don't want to pa pay a ticket.

Do you think that they are trying to make up for getting Bass Pro to set up out here ?

I don't know of any other cities in the parish that get as many check point locations.

There are plenty of other violations that could be handled although the police seem to prefer the non-moving violations that people will pay much quicker ……rather than ticket people for moving violations that might be fought.

However, Louisiana still seems to have plenty of speed trap listings, too.
